Rummy Bee Rum Cocktail Recipe

Glass: Rocks

In a shaker with ice:

2.5 oz. Montanya Exclusiva

1 oz. Honey Simple Syrup

1 lime, squeezed

Shake and pour into glass. Top with soda and a few drops of angostura bitters. Garnish with mint leaf.

Honey Simple Syrup:

3 cups water

1 cup raw honey

Bring water and honey to a light simmer, stirring often. Remove from heat. Refrigerate for up to 30 days.
