Snow Cocktails to Make Before Winter's Over

When you live in the Rocky Mountains like we do, you had better like snow. Our little mountain town receives almost 200 inches per year—that’s compared to the US average of 28 inches. We don’t mind! Snow and skiing are the very reasons many of us live here. Plus, all that snow provides the perfect excuse to make snow cocktails! Here are two of our favorites:

Jamaican Rum Snow Cocktail

The Jamaican Rum Cocktail is a longtime favorite that combines Montanya Oro with heavy cream, organic chocolate, caramel and locally-roasted coffee. Delish! In this wintery version, we serve it over snow for a fun cocktail that will bring out your inner child.

Lime Sorbet Rum Cocktail

It doesn’t get much simpler (or more fun) than this. Pour a Classic Daiquiri over a martini glass full of fresh snow, and you have yourself an adult version of lime sorbet. All you need is fresh lime, Montanya Platino, and simple syrup—plus, of course, the snow (click here for the recipe).
