Rob Richardson

Director of Sales
Rob joins Montanya with more than three decades of experience in the wholesale industry. For 22 years, he worked at Republic National Distribution Company (RNDC), most recently serving as Vice President of Artisan spirits sales for Texas, and before that as Vice President of spirit sales for Colorado. He has always had a place in his heart for Montanya, for its creativity, gentle footprint on the environment and proven track record for excellent rums. He’s excited to help more people discover why he and so many others love Montanya rums.

Kristin Fitzgerald

Brand Manager
Kristin manages marketing, graphic design, social media, and PR for the company. She has a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Art in Spanish from John Brown University. When she’s not working at Montanya, she enjoys yoga, rock climbing, skiing and traveling. Check out her Employee Profile for some inspiring photos of her endeavors.

Kerek Spinney

Business Manager

Kerek joined the Montanya crew in December 2021. He is the head of HR and the manages data analytics for the company. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in accounting and is in love with Excel. Kerek is a basic Denver boy who is fake outdoorsy whose hobbies include hiking and skiing.

As the Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator, Chloe works with our staff to develop and implement initiatives within the company and within our community to make our workplace and our mountain valley more welcoming and equitable for people of color.
