Apollo Rum Cocktail Recipe


Glass: Collins, filled with ice

In Shaker:
½ squeezed lime
1 oz cinnamon syrup
2 oz Montanya Oro rum
3-4 oz pineapple juice

Strain into glass. Garnish with lime slice.

Cinnamon Syrup
3-4 coarsely ground cinnamon sticks, toasted
Simple syrup (3 cups sugar, 3 cups water)
Add cinnamon sticks to syrup, bring to boil, and turn off heat. Allow to cool. Strain through strainer. Refrigerate for up to one month.
