THE PERFECT TEN

in a cocktail shaker
2.5 oz. Montanya Oro
1 oz. Fresh-Squeezed Pineapple Juice
.25 oz. Dr. Bob's Snake Oil (see recipe)
Juice of a full lemon
.25 oz. light Agave
Shake and strain into a Coupe glass.
Garnish with nutmeg and fresh pineapple wedge.
