Where to Celebrate National Eggnog Month in Denver

We're in the midst of an entire month dedicated to the creamy, spicy goodness of eggnog. It's the drink that makes the holidays sparkle with a little more buzz. Though you surely have a carton of the store-bought stuff in the fridge right now, there are more sophisticated ways to celebrate such a beloved concoction.

Take a night out on the town to indulge in one the best eggnogs in Denver before the season is over.

Milk & Honey
1414 Larimer Street
Even the name of this place makes you want to order one of their savory specialties. They do things a little different here. An infusion of fresh fruit, ginger, and cinnamon kicks their recipe up a notch and sets them apart from the regular eggnog crowd. Kudos for innovation!

Beast + Bottle
719 E 17th Avenue
This here's a locally made classic. Taking the standard ingredients and sourcing as many as possible from Colorado businesses not only does them proud, but tastes oh-so-fresh. With amaro from Peach Street Distillery and eggs from Cottonwood Creek Farms, you can't beat this drink at home!

Colt & Gray
1553 Platte Street, Suite 120
And for your absolute, untouched traditional eggnog (Drumroll, please!) this mug of drinkable dessert has nothing but the good stuff. Raw egg, whole milk, and heavy cream are all you need when you make this winner from scratch. Just a sprinkle of nutmeg on top gives your sip an extra spice.

The Way Back
4132 W 38th Avenue
Head west into the Highlands for this secret family recipe. What once was lost is now (delightfully) served cold and with whipped topping. Crafted with Crested Butte's rum from Montanya Distillers, you can taste Christmas in a cup and never need another 'nog again.

Cheers!
