Aging takes place in once-used Stranahan's Whiskey Barrels which have also aged Montanya Oro one time. The barrel color is then removed using a coconut-husk charcoal plate filtering process which leaves the spirit clear and perfect for mixing in lighter cocktails like the Mojito.
